Black Ops Special

That's right, a Black ops block special! To celebrate the survival of the so called rapture, I hopped on Black Ops and tried to bring you information that might help you.

Double XP!
That's right, the original Double XP weekend had to be canned because of the PSN incident, so they are offering a Double XP weekend now! My suggestion would be to hop on domination or demolition for some sweet points. I got over a 8000 score by racking up defenses, plants, and just plain fragging people in the face!

Double XP means more CoD Points! I was able to rack up a nice 5000 Z, with a cool 10,000 Z when I got contracts. Seriously man, now's the time to get those hard contracts for a sweet bonus to the extra Z. I would recommend a combination of Kills with a weapon, TDM or Demolition Colossus, and Headshots with a weapon. Done right, these can easily rake in an extra 3,000 or so Z, while pushing 5,000 at times.

Useful over aesthetic

If you find yourself strapped for cash after buying that shiny new gun, go with the useful things over aesthetic purchases. It's surprising how much you have to consider. Do I really want that suppressor or new camo?
Perks come first though. If your running a particularly high lifespan in demolition or domination, go for scavenger combined with dual mags, giving you much more ammo to work with. Dual mags can also be used with sleight of hand, this has saved my life numerous times. After you've got everything you need on your long term wall painter, go for customization. I usually go for reticles then camo, then clan tags then emblem, in that order.

Wager Matches

This is a tricky area. I love these things, but my favorite modes there's a way to bankrupt somebody or set someone back. I worked hard to get out of the sniper rifle category you bastard! Erm. Anyway I usually don't  go in these for the possibility that I'll lose my money.

Weapons

FAMAS - What makes this weapon great is it has a very high rate of fire with the capability of sustaining recoil at long ranges, making for some solid long-shots.

Makarov - These puppies have saved my life 4 times tonight. Dual wielded they can take out a grunt in a second. A reliable back up to everyone, snipers should only consider these if they have the advantage of a narrow alley. (Rooms in Grids office buildings)

Desert Eagle - Oh wait, damn you Treyarch.

M60 - This thing is a killing machine. It can easily take down an enemy at close to medium ranges. With big ammo, it can keep a certain flags defenders busy long enough to open up a flanking rout.

L96a1 - This battle rifle deals out reliable 1 shot kills that with practice, can net you a good 20 kills a game with 2 or 3 deaths. Easily good enough to be at the top of a TDM scoreboard.

Modders, Philosophy, and the Rapture?

So I recently logged on to play a few rounds of World at War, and I quit after 2 games of TDM. I simply couldn't take it. From fellow gamers shamelessly going the mp40 juggernaut/ martyrdom, to modders using the SVT and 357. It simply amazes me how many people have no respect for abuse of the system or can shamelessly cheat. To those who play honestly, I salute you.




More and more I am finding myself dragging through the school day. You see, recently, I had my locker searched for a book I told them I would give to them. Part of what sickens me is how they did it without hesitation. During the beginning of period 7, they told me they needed a book. I told them I would get it back to them. I came back after period 8 and was handed a trash bag of my stuff, over the course of 1 period, 45 minutes, they decided to completely violate my privacy without any consent. This has brought up many thoughts of mine, because we are kids, do we not have the same rights? Do we have any rights? People allow people to violate the rights and  freedoms thousands of people have died for? I have come to the conclusion that school is absolutely worthless. This is going on the philosophy treat others how you wish to be treated. I was made to feel worthless, so you are worthless to me. It's like this, school does a few good things, so what? If they served ice cream in hell, would you go?





So the Rapture is supposed to happen this Saturday, May 21st. Of course i'm skeptical, but i'll probably throw in an extra prayer or two. These are accusations made by a Californian Priest who has a fair amount of followers. I'll post tomorrow, or maybe not. We'll see.

Minecraft. Minecraft is an open world game I hope you will check out. It is basically virtual lego blocks. It is easily one of the most amazing open world games I have ever played. You start out as a strande... colonize... Well, no one's really sure. You collect recourses by harvesting trees, refining wood, building tools, mine to get better materials for tools, ect. You eventually build massive structures, but usually start out cowering in a dirt hut for the  first night. For you see, baddies and ghouls and things that go bump in the night come out after the sun goes down. It is simply quite amazing and you must check it out. Finally, PSN is back up after almost a month of being down. If you didn't know, some hackers opened a back-door to dev accounts, who could download there games for free. This would allow thousands of games to be released free. So PSN pulled the plug for almost a month while they completely rebuilt the security systems. Debate still rages who did it, some believe it was the infamous hacking group Anonymous. I personally do not believe it was them, as A.) This is not there style and B.) It probably would take them longer to find out. Plus, Anonymous would probably deal a more direct blow to Sony, not the millions of PSN users. Whoever did it, I will not feel sorry for when they are looking at serious jailtime as Sony has been working with the FBI.
